The Board shall be constituted as follow
- The President of the Association shall be the Secretary of the Board.
- Two(2) representatives from the General Membership
- Two(2) Independent Board members (i.e. from outside the organization) – One independent Board member will be elected as the Chairman of the Board.
The duties and powers of the officers of the Association are defined in the By-laws
- The officers of the Associations shall assume leadership of the Association following the General Body Meeting at which time they are elected and shall hold office for two years.
